Check-in / Check-out
- Keys are handed over on site by prior arrangement
- Check-in later than 8:00 pm is subject to prior agreement
- Check-out time is 11:00 am, exceptions may be possible
- Deposit is subject to each apartment and the duration of your stay.
Terms of payment
- 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival after handover of keys
- Written cancellation up to 14 days: With written cancellation up to 14 days prior to check-in, a voucher in the full amount will be given for your next stay.
- Cancellation: Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation up to a month prior to arrival is free of charge. After this time, 30% of the booking amount will be charged. In case a deposit has already been made, the corresponding value will be returned.
